Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Munich (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure including VPC, IAM, and ECS/EKS.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure scalability and auditability.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment processes.
• Implement observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit readiness and ongoing compliance.
• Lead incident response and contribute to reliability engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, networking).
• Proven experience building and maintaining Terraform/IaC in production environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment practices.
• Experience with security fundamentals such as encryption, secrets management, and KMS.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a pragmatic approach under pressure.

Nice to have

• Direct ownership of ISO 27001/SOC 2 certification processes.
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling (SAST/DAST, SBOMs, scanning).
• Knowledge of threat modeling and continuous compliance automation.
