What you will do

• Monitor and interpret EU regulations to ensure consistent product and process conformity.
• Verify and approve supplier EU certificates of conformity and additional technical documentation.
• Manage, upload, and approve Safety Data Sheets (SDS) within internal tracking systems.
• Conduct proactive product risk audits using the Safety Gate portal to identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with legal, supply chain, and operational teams to ensure end-to-end compliance.
• Support the creation and optimization of internal compliance policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail when reviewing technical documents.
• Superb organizational and time management skills to balance multiple verification tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Szczecin, Poland.
