What you will do

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
• Track out-of-stock (OOS) risks, identify supply issues, and support mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with Supply, Logistics, and Sales teams to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Support portfolio management by updating logistics master data and tracking new product introductions.
• Assist in the execution of short-term demand plans and related operational activities.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office (hybrid).
• Proactive attitude and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
