What you will do

• Coordinate road transport with shippers, customers, customs brokers, and transport providers across Europe.
• Execute daily order requirements to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Track order status using IT tools, communicate issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage freight settlement and process logistics quality claims.
• Identify and implement improvements regarding cost, service, and sustainability.
• Monitor supplier performance and support annual tenders through data collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Customer Service roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a challenging business environment.
