CSA Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Manage civil/structural/architectural estimating, tender evaluations, and onsite cost controls.
• Optimize project costs through value engineering while maintaining required standards and quality.
• Provide commercial and contract support, including cost plans/estimates and ensuring initial cost plans are sufficient.
• Analyse tenders to confirm value for money and procurement at best market rates.
• Perform interim valuations and ensure contractor payments are correct and timely using EVM.
• Forecast and monitor cash flow/accruals; support final accounts, claims handling, and lessons learned for future works.

Requirements

• Experience in civil, structural, and architectural estimating.
• Degree or comparable experience.
• Experience in data centres (or related sectors such as battery manufacturing, life science, or semiconductor projects).
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management.
• Must be currently living in Farciennes or looking to move to Farciennes and have the legal right to work already.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
