TL;DR
Associate Midcorp M&A (Corporate Finance): Advising medium-sized and large companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and other corporate finance assignments with an accent on transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation, and client advisory. Focus on managing due diligence and virtual data room processes, preparing transaction documentation, and coordinating clients, investors, and external advisors across Belgian and cross-border deals.

What you will do
- Support business development through client presentations, pitch books, market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmark.
- Identify potential buyers, investors, strategic opportunities, and relevant market developments.
- Perform company valuations, financial modell, transaction analyses, and pric analyses.
- Manage transaction processes includ virtual data rooms, Q&A coordination, due diligence, meets, and internal approvals.
- Prepare and review term sheets, mandate letters, and other transaction documentation.
- Coordinate communication with clients, investors, external advisors, and senior M&A professionals while maintain accurate records for compliance and audit.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Account, Engineer, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Bank, Valuation Advisory, or a related field.
- Proven transaction execution experience with strong financial modell, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, client engagement, ownership, and prioritisation skills.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
