What you will do
- Support planning and execution of biomedical research projects, including objectives, milestones, timelines, roles, and deliverables.
- Track project tasks, dependencies, resources, priorities, risks, decisions, and blockers across multiple teams.
- Coordinate team meetings, standups, breakout sessions, action items, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, project documentation, vendor and program records, and communication materials.
- Support monthly grant accounting, financial reporting, service billing, intake processes, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and follow up on commitments to maintain project momentum and escalate delays when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Specialization in life sciences required.
- Knowledge of project management, particularly agile or iterative methods.
- Strong oral, written, digital, listening, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and track software development activities is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in genetics, genomics, biological science, and the scientific method.
- Experience in computer science, software development, or engineering.
- Project management certification.
