Implementation Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of hirify.global solutions for Japanese customers across industries.
• Plan projects, track milestones, and manage execution throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed success criteria.
• Coordinate customers and internal teams across Customer Success, Sales, Solution Architecture, Product, and Support.
• Maintain project documentation, provide updates, communicate risks, and manage expectations.
• Build trusted customer relationships through clear and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing implementation, onboarding, delivery, or project management initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional communication skills in English and Japanese are required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving, customer focus, collaboration, and a structured working style.
