Treasury Analyst

What you will do

• Negotiate and execute new credit facilities and asset-backed securitizations to optimize cost of capital.
• Prepare and present liquidity, leverage, and covenant analysis for senior leadership and the Board.
• Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate market risk and enhance balance sheet resilience.
• Oversee all banking operations, including cash positioning, funding, and payment execution.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of debt instruments, tracking key terms, covenants, and maturity profiles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (FP&A, accounting, legal) and external credit rating agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Direct experience with corporate debt, capital markets, or treasury operations.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and cash flow modeling.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Delray Beach, Florida.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, or real estate industries.
