What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and training to end-users to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose root causes of workstation problems and recommend long-term technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Telecom and Networking teams to integrate new devices and network connections.
• Coordinate IT projects, including defining tasks, creating work plans, and monitoring progress.
• Act as a liaison for medical equipment repair vendors and perform basic biomedical device maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
• Associate degree in IT/technical field OR 2 years of experience with PC hardware and software support.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively under high-stress conditions.

• A+ Certification.
• CCNA, MCP, or MCSE certifications.
