Salary: $109,700 – $175,500

What you will do

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and web for OEMs and customers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to networking and SAN.
• Manage problem resolution plans and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Document client interactions and technical findings in the service request database.
• Analyze data traces from protocol analyzers to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with the global team to improve support processes and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Broomfield, CO and able to work onsite.
• BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and storage area networks (SAN).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux/UNIX server environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of SNMP monitoring and management.
• Additional European language proficiency at a business level.
