What you will do

• Assist with low-voltage services, Tier 1 & 2 IT support, and audio-visual equipment setups.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues using specialized diagnostic tools.
• Install and configure smart boards, commercial displays, and security cameras.
• Perform data recovery and assist with network troubleshooting tasks.
• Provide on-site support and maintain accurate documentation of all repairs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to meet project deadlines and maintain inventory.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Montgomery, AL
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including running ethernet cable and using ladders.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation for on-site support visits.
