Printer Relationship Associate

Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Working hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $550–$700 base + $80 night shift allowance.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with production partners through regular performance calls and daily communication.
• Coordinate production timelines and resolve order delays to ensure timely delivery.
• Reallocate production orders and manage garment procurement to prevent bottlenecks.
• Partner with internal Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to resolve operational issues.
• Identify recurring problems and implement process improvements to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in operations, vendor management, supply chain, or account management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be available to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time).
