What you will do
- Lead strategic technical integration and onboarding for major HoldCo agency partners and direct clients.
- Drive commercial solutioning and deal negotiations for complex programmatic trading agreements and PMP deals.
- Provide functional leadership for solutions engineering initiatives and establish operational governance.
- Implement AI-driven workflows to automate deal modeling and accelerate solution delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical executive point of contact for agency leadership teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence platform roadmaps and revenue-generating products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, or sales engineering within the AdTech ecosystem.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing complex technical partnerships or strategic account teams.
- Proven track record of negotiating programmatic trading agreements and API integrations.
- Strong technical fluency in OpenRTB, DSP/SSP architectures, and data clean rooms.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools for workflow automation and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems.
