M&S Graduate Program-Portfolio Manager-Shanghai

Location: Shanghai, China. The program also requires openness and ability to relocate across China and potentially globally during and after the program.

What you will do

• Lead the Industrial Product Team in defining product strategy, including product presentations, capacity and investment planning, dual sourcing, and COGS improvements.
• Define industrial product roadmaps and prioritize lifecycle programs and investments against product drivers.
• Contribute to the M&S China Strategic Plan, including activity allocation, backup strategies, industrial footprint, and asset management.
• Oversee industrial roadmap execution, long-term capacity and supply planning, regulatory strategy, and commercial lifecycle management.
• Coordinate sourcing and CMO selection scenarios and establish commercial and technology-transfer governance.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to improve ways of working.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, R&D, digital, data, or another specialized function.
• Master’s degree required; a STEM background or top MBA is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong project management, analytical, strategic, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Must be open and able to relocate across China and potentially globally during and after the program.
