What you will do

• Execute and enforce enterprise master data governance frameworks, including standard naming conventions and global metadata rules.
• Provide formal sign-off on data conversion strategies, retention/archiving policies, and quality assessments.
• Drive technical execution of data profiling, cleansing, and loading during major ERP migrations, specifically from legacy ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Validate integration points between material records, inventory nodes, logistics modules, and external procurement platforms.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to support data quality assessments, conversion planning, and blueprinting sessions.
• Serve as the definitive SME for supply chain data applications, coaching team members on analytical techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain systems analysis or large-scale ERP implementations.
• Advanced functional knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Deep expertise in governing master data domains, including Material Master, Vendor Data, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Familiarity with procurement ecosystems such as Ariba, Fieldglass, and Icertis.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Oakland, CA.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Experience linking supply chain tables to advanced analytical platforms like SAP IBP.
• Exposure to integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with data analytics to generate business insights.
