What you will do

• Record and document equipment subject to mandatory statutory inspections.
• Assign equipment to inspections based on BetrSichV and DGUV regulations.
• Select and coordinate certified inspection companies and qualified personnel.
• Manage inspection bookings and scheduling via SAP.
• Coordinate and document inspections to minimize equipment downtime.
• Initiate and resolve defects identified during inspections.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or technician qualification.
• Good written and spoken German.
• Experience with digital and written technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, reliability, and safety awareness.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
