The Exploration Company develops, produces, and operates Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle designed for cargo and potentially human transport.

What you will do

• Lead the assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) of the Cargo Capsule Nyx.
• Manage the AIT budget, personnel, and overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with Quality, design, and program teams to ensure cost-effective and lean integration processes.
• Develop AIT plans, define sequences, and create procedure lists.
• Resolve technical anomalies during integration and tests and prepare final operation reports.
• Set up the AIT team and the integration hall in Munich.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Munich, Germany.
• Advanced engineering degree (Master or PhD).
• 10+ years of experience in the aerospace sector, specifically in executing late-stage projects.
• 10+ years of experience in the AIT of aerospace vehicles.
• Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and a collaborative team spirit.
