What you will do

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability.
• Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance and repair activities for production machinery.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Manage spare parts forecasting, purchasing plans, and maintenance budget control.
• Supervise external contractors and ensure third-party work meets technical and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management in a multinational manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automation systems, and production equipment.
• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written) required.
• Good English communication skills required.
