What you will do

• Control production activities in strict adherence to GMP and ISO standards.
• Supervise technicians and monitor machine operating parameters.
• Collect and analyze productivity and quality data to initiate improvement actions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair for machine malfunctions.
• Collaborate with QM and project teams to develop validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products and equipment.

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience.
• Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related technical field.
• GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
