Manufacturing Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead technicians responsible for manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Own safety, quality, output, cost, scheduling, and conflict resolution across the assigned manufacturing area.
• Coordinate workflow between factories, groups, divisions, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage staffing, workstation assignments, shift rotations, overtime, breaks, vacations, and backup coverage.
• Develop training plans and monitor certification levels to ensure the workforce can support production ramps.
• Define tactical and long-term strategies to meet production schedules and future manufacturing capability requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation and Control, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work onsite and on a 12-hour shift schedule, 4 days per week.
• Good verbal, written, and communication skills in English.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience leading and developing diverse technician teams while maintaining safe, high-quality output.
• Strong process knowledge and the ability to lead teams in resolving manufacturing problems.
