What you will do

• Manage onsite TMC operations and deliver service products, including start-up, maintenance, and optimization.
• Plan and execute on-time preventive maintenance to improve tool performance and extend equipment lifetime.
• Ensure fulfillment of operational KPIs, specifically MTTR, MTBF, and overall tool availability.
• Maintain regular customer meetings to analyze demands and deliver gap closure plans.
• Collaborate with project and sales functions to optimize cross-functional processes.
• Develop cost-saving programs and kaizen improvement activities to support service contract renewals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial electric tools or equipment.
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair technical equipment.
• Vietnamese speaking is a must.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
