What you will do

• Implement and deliver new features and improvements within the hirify.global Streaming product domain.
• Build Kubernetes containers, operators, and jobs to integrate distributed data platform solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX, and support using an agile mindset.
• Manage the delivery pipeline and leverage AI tools to ensure frequent and reliable software shipment.
• Provide technical support to field teams and customers to facilitate product adoption and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Deep professional experience with Apache Flink.
• Expertise in Java and the surrounding ecosystem (Spring, Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle).
• Proven experience with containerization orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Operators, CRDs).
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture principles.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or a BS/MS in Computer Science.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Chile.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with other distributed data technologies like Apache Kafka, Nifi, or Spark.
• Proficiency in Scala, Python, or Go.
• Experience with React, HTML, and CSS for UI collaboration.
