What you will do

• Manage and oversee assigned transportation projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead business development activities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and coordinate proposal efforts to secure new work.
• Perform technical tasks such as research, reports, design, and specification preparation.
• Act as the primary client liaison to ensure project completion and satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of transportation or Project Management experience.
• Valid NY PE license is required.
• Experience with NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid projects.
• Proven track record in business development and winning proposals.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse, NY.
