What you will do

• Lead regional Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) teams for DOT and municipal projects, including roadway, bridge, and utility relocations.
• Provide technical leadership from pre-construction activities through final project acceptance.
• Ensure projects strictly adhere to contract documents, budget constraints, and schedules.
• Communicate directly with owner representatives and contractors to resolve contract challenges and strategize operations.
• Perform monthly CPM schedule reviews and approvals.
• Manage administrative staff in the preparation of final estimate submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum ten years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to inclement weather, heat, and noise.
