Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Must work in office 4+ days per week (Default Together policy)

What you will do

• Deliver strategic programs to enhance hirify.global’s presence and relevance across priority sectors.
• Support engagements with government and commercial stakeholders, including planning and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Executive Leadership, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform strategies.
• Develop pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against business objectives.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Riyadh office.
