What you will do

• Design and implement security solutions to automate real-world customer pain points.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations for security solutions to achieve customer objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to establish technical excellence and trustworthiness with potential customers.
• Support the Sales team with technical content and call support.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge hub of security best practices and insights.
• Generate demos, case studies, blogs, and videos in collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Must be able to live and work within the United States.
• Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of security standards including SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, and cloud architectures.
• Professional experience within the cybersecurity industry.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of networking and application security.
