Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to developer-ready UI.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into compelling digital products and services.
• Present strategic narratives and design concepts to clients using wireframes and prototypes.
• Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications to ensure design consistency.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and engineers to ensure high-quality product execution.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the design practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong expertise in research methods, discovery practices, and atomic design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and various prototyping/testing software.
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes and frontend technical constraints.
• Strategic mindset with experience in accessibility, inclusion, and brand strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and emerging technologies in product design.
• Background in service design or business design.
