What you will do

• Develop and deliver key strategic initiatives to build the Group-wide approach to nature.
• Integrate nature-related themes into existing climate frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support the development of nature risk management and its integration into the Risk Management Framework.
• Act as the subject matter expert on nature, performing horizon scanning of markets, investment practices, and risks.
• Monitor and maintain a clear view of existing and potential regulatory frameworks relevant to nature.
• Support engagement with policymakers and regulators on nature-related topics.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on nature within a financial services firm, corporate, or consultancy.
• Experience working within a detailed risk and controls framework, specifically managing nature-related risks.
• Strong understanding of sustainability regulations, with a focus on frameworks like TNFD.
• Experience with scenario analysis or stress testing frameworks.
• Technical capabilities in data analysis, visualization, and the use of Artificial Intelligence.
• Must be based in or able to work in London.
