What you will do

• Manage the daily production workforce (approximately 45 agency FTE) at the Amstelveen warehouse.
• Ensure bouquets are produced efficiently and meet optimal quality standards across production lines.
• Implement process innovations and drive continuous improvement of production workflows.
• Handle people planning and shift scheduling for the production line.
• Coordinate with labor agencies regarding worker performance and planning.
• Manage operations during high-traffic peaks such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production operations.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams or shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, stress-proof mindset.
• Flexibility with working hours to accommodate early starts or late finishes.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Verbal proficiency in Polish.

Nice to have

• Verbal proficiency in Dutch and/or Bulgarian.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack.
• Previous experience working with flowers or fresh produce.
