Salary: USD $186,700–$255,000 (US) / CAD $232,000–$278,000 (Canada)

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for hirify.global’s access control, identity, and governance capabilities.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to translate enterprise customer insights into product direction.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver high-impact governance features.
• Evangelize access control principles across the organization in partnership with other product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional enterprise customer experiences at high velocity.
• Fluency in enterprise security, including identity, RBAC, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of website and AI technologies and the tools used by marketing teams.
• Must have valid right to work authorization for the country of employment (US or Canada).
