Staff Product Manager, Governance

Location: Remote in the United States or British Columbia and Ontario, Canada

Salary: USD $186,700–$255,000 annually in the United States, depending on geographic zone; CAD $232,000–$278,000 annually in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada.

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for access control, identity, governance, and workflow capabilities.
• Scale enterprise-grade security and collaboration features for hirify.global’s largest and most strategic customers.
• Represent customer needs and translate field insights into product direction alongside go-to-market teams.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver product outcomes.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to establish access control principles across hirify.global.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional enterprise customer experiences at high velocity.
• Fluency in enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt security capabilities.
• Understanding of website and AI technologies and the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize websites.
• Systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and proactive adoption of emerging technologies.
