What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and vision, balancing scalability and compliance.
• Establish and evolve the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), environment strategy, and connector strategy.
• Enforce governance guardrails, DLP policies, and security standards to protect data and prevent environment sprawl.
• Partner with business units and IT leadership to identify opportunities and drive platform adoption.
• Oversee the integration of Power Platform with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Graph APIs.
• Monitor platform health, usage analytics, and licensing efficiency to drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Platform Owner, or CoE Lead for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power Platform Governance, including DLP policies and environment strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Power Platform workloads with SAP, ServiceNow, or Graph APIs.
• Knowledge of adaptive cards and generative AI orchestration.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub ALM.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management.
