What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Apply SEO and CRO principles by aligning content with search intent and optimizing for readability and performance.
• Develop and refine landing pages to improve conversion rate through iteration and testing.
• Edit and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels with strong attention to detail.
• Monitor content performance, analyze results, and continuously improve messaging based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to execute campaigns and deliver within tight timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent copywriting skills focused on clarity and conversion, plus strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and search intent.
• Experience writing for conversion (landing pages, funnels, CTAs) and iterating based on performance.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot and Figma.
• Experience using AI tools strategically for content work.
