Direct Response Copywriter and Editor

Location: Remote for applicants from the Philippines; working hours are 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, with at least 5 hours of overlap required.

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 CAD per month, negotiated based on competencies, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Write and edit high-performing direct response copy for multiple clients.
• Create content for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
• Follow briefs covering campaign goals, audiences, messaging, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and designers to improve campaigns.
• Optimize copy using conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement data.
• Research and use SEO and AI tools to streamline content production while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• C1-level English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of hands-on copywriting and/or editing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SEO agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong marketing knowledge and the ability to write compelling conversion-focused copy.
• Availability for Eastern Time working hours with at least 5 hours of overlap.
