TL;DR
Direct Response Copywriter and Editor (Direct Response/Marketing): Crafting and refining high-performing copy for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns across healthcare, home services, and charity sectors with an accent on conversion rate optimization and brand voice alignment. Focus on optimizing copy based on CTR and engagement, leveraging SEO and AI tools to drive measurable campaign success.
Location: Remote for candidates based in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or North Macedonia. Must be able to provide at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (9 AM-5 PM ET).
Salary: $2500–$3800 CAD per month

What you will do
- Craft and refine high-performing copy for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Develop copy for diverse clients across healthcare, home services, and charity sectors in Canada and the USA.
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists and designers to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze and optimize copy based on conversion rates, CTR, and engagement metrics.
- Research and leverage SEO and AI tools to streamline content production while maintaining high quality.
Requirements
- English: C1-level proficiency required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a copywriter and/or editor.
- Experience working in digital marketing, advertising, or SEO agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Location: Must be based in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or North Macedonia.
- Availability: Ability to provide at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (9 AM-5 PM ET).
