What you will do

• Own the design system as a product, managing its roadmap and scaling it across a multi-surface platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 8 senior UX Architects, setting growth paths and calibrating quality decisions.
• Integrate AI as the default mode of work, optimizing the prototype-to-production loop and AI-driven handoffs.
• Establish non-negotiable UX quality processes and cultivate end-to-end ownership across product domains.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product and other leadership to integrate design thinking company-wide.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working on complex B2B or enterprise-grade platform products.
• Proven track record of building or significantly evolving a load-bearing design system.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or v0, and understanding of agentic patterns.
• Experience growing and managing senior individual contributors (ICs) and architects.
• Strong systems thinking approach to product architecture.
• Working proficiency in English and availability to work within European timezones.
