What you will do

• Oversee daily finance operations, including transaction booking, payment reviews, and cash monitoring.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review management accounts, statutory financial statements, and Group reporting packages.
• Reconcile bank, exchange, wallet, and intercompany balances while resolving discrepancies.
• Manage statutory audits and tax reporting, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial controls and support new business initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Recognized professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or audit.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting for digital assets.
• Big 4 or commercial experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience with Oracle or data analytics tools.
