is hiring for a branch finance management position supporting local and regional operations.
What you will do
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, and periodic financial reports.
- Oversee daily accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, working capital, and financial controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the branch finance team while ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, statutory compliance, company secretarial duties, and risk mitigation.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, treasury activities, banking transactions, and currency exchange processes.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support for business plans, investments, expansion, and new business initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
- At least 5 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, local tax regulations, financial laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
