What you will do

• Assemble pump components following bills of material and documented specifications.
• Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Properly package finished products for distribution.
• Support and promote 5S methodologies within the production environment.
• Contribute to the development of improved production methods and increased daily output.
• Provide suggestions for enhancing safety and health programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New Brighton, MN.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses on the production floor.
• Availability to work 1st shift (4:00am – 2:30pm, Mon-Thu) and overtime as needed.
