What you will do

• Assemble cooling products according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly, piping installation, and control panel wiring.
• Follow safety protocols, ergonomic best practices, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Participate in training programs and process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet critical project deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, wiring, or piping installation.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce work within quality specifications.
• Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
