What you will do

• Direct the activities of the subrogation legal office while managing a small caseload when needed.
• Act as a liaison between the Claims Department and Staff Counsel.
• Establish department procedures and standards, and improve office policies and processes.
• Provide managerial support to Senior Trial Attorneys, Trial Attorneys, and Associate Trial Attorneys.
• Chair weekly staff meetings and respond to Claims Department requests.
• Prepare subrogation analytics and provide detailed analysis to regional and executive leadership.

Requirements

• College degree and 10 years of subrogation legal experience.
• JD and admission to practice law in NJ, NY, MD, PA, or CT.
• Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Explorer, or similar tools, along with typing skills.
• Use of provided AI tools is required.
• Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing required.
