What you will do

• Execute and settle treasury deals including FX, money markets, and derivatives accurately and on time.
• Administer high-volume domestic and international wire transfers in compliance with authorization matrices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of bank accounts and ensure adherence to AML/KYC requirements.
• Monitor daily cash positions and perform bank balance reconciliations to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain treasury SOP manuals and ensure proper segregation of duties for internal and external audits.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations or back-office, ideally in a high-growth or multinational environment.
• Expertise in cross-border payment rules, currency regulations, and international payment types.
• Hands-on experience with banking platforms and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and drive execution in an ambiguous environment.
