What you will do

• Own and evolve the CIAM product roadmap, backlog, and strategic direction.
• Translate complex business, security, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories.
• Act as the primary interface between Business, IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Steer the end-to-end delivery lifecycle in collaboration with agile teams.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics to improve user journeys and authentication processes.
• Identify innovation opportunities based on emerging CIAM trends and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable agile role.
• Strong understanding of CIAM processes including authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Melsungen, Germany (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with identity standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, or FIDO2.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements.
• Experience working in regulated industries or on large-scale digital platforms.
