What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and vision for the client-facing platform experience.
• Lead product discovery via customer interviews and data-driven insights to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a senior product authority for enterprise clients, scoping solutions and managing expectations.
• Manage the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are outcome-focused and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and ML teams to drive technical execution and architectural discussions.
• Mentor other Product Managers to raise the organizational product culture and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years at a Senior or Principal level.
• Proven track record of owning a product domain from vision through to outcome measurement.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise clients and managing complex scoping conversations.
• Technical credibility to participate in architectural discussions and challenge implementation approaches.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based systems, and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across an organization without relying on formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B enterprise platforms with multi-customer dynamics.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, data platforms, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience measuring and improving AI model performance in production.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
