Lead Product Manager - GFS (AI/ML)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with attendance at the Berlin campus 2 days a week. Relocation support for moving to Berlin is available.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the roadmap for global food service cloud kitchen products.
• Own the CRM and Cloud Kitchen Operations product strategy, driving growth and profitability.
• Build intelligent AI/ML-powered lead generation to improve the sales process.
• Develop features that reduce rider wait time and kitchen preparation time.
• Analyze behavioral data, funnels, feature adoption, cohort retention, and business metrics to prioritize initiatives.
• Lead a small product team and collaborate with engineering, design, data, commercial, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of leading product strategy and execution at scale.
• Experience bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to ambiguous problem spaces.
• Strong skills in user discovery, data-driven prioritization, metrics definition, and cross-functional product delivery.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to define and drive product vision across complex stakeholder groups and regions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery, SQL, Hotjar, or Looker.
• People management or experience leading a team.
• Senior stakeholder management experience.
