Licensing Project Specialist (FinTech)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end financial licensing projects across multiple jurisdictions, from regulatory analysis through license approval and operational launch.
• Research licensing requirements, corporate structures, substance requirements, tax considerations, and operational limitations.
• Prepare and manage submission-ready documentation packages, including corporate documents and apostilles.
• Coordinate local lawyers, consultants, registration agents, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Support corporate structuring, AML/CFT policies, risk management frameworks, bank account opening, and PSP onboarding.
• Ensure operational readiness after licensing, including accounts, PSP integrations, internal processes, and client onboarding flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles within FinTech, crypto, FX, or payments.
• Practical experience managing complete licensing projects from regulatory analysis and documentation through license acquisition and operational launch.
• Ability to research regulations and interpret requirements from different regulators.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple deadline-driven processes.
• English proficiency sufficient for international consultants, legal documentation, and regulatory materials.
