What you will do

• Provision and tune L2/L3 networks across Cisco, Meraki, Dell, Juniper, and Palo Alto environments.
• Maintain high-capacity links and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) to ensure strict uptime targets.
• Automate network operations and change management using Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
• Perform multi-level troubleshooting for incident triage and resolution, including P1/P2 events.
• Maintain operational runbooks and precise network topology diagrams to support SRE and InfoSec teams.
• Collaborate with InfoSec to manage certificates, enforce firewall policies, and remediate vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic (not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
• 3+ years of hands-on enterprise, data center, or cloud network operations experience (L2/L3, BGP/OSPF, VPNs).
• Experience managing Cisco/Meraki, Dell, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong foundation in Linux networking and Kubernetes networking (CNIs, service mesh, ingress).
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure (VPCs, Transit Gateway).

Nice to have

• Expertise in BGP route policy and AS path filtering.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or PCNSE.
