What you will do

• Design and build a centralized SharePoint Online knowledge site from the ground up, including architecture and navigation.
• Establish and enforce content governance standards, metadata tagging, and lifecycle management.
• Manage LMS administration, including course uploads, compliance tracking, and system configurations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective knowledge and learning systems.
• Create and maintain training assets such as job aids, infographics, and e-learning modules.
• Monitor site usage and training data to continuously improve user experience and learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, SharePoint administration, or LMS administration.
• Demonstrated experience building a SharePoint site or knowledge base from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, metadata design, and content governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and experience with LMS platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear content.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML or SharePoint customization experience.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience with tools like Articulate Rise, Vyond, or Camtasia.
