What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for Workforce Management, Task Manager Operations, and Reporting Solutions.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Oversee workflow management processes and drive automation and operational efficiency.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, HR, Finance, and Compliance.
• Build and empower a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, or Analytics.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce management or operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and professional teams.
• Proven experience with workforce management systems, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced communication and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services or insurance operations.
• Experience with Genesys or similar workforce management and visualization platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree.
