What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of client advisors to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage client transitions and assign appropriate advisory resources.
- Monitor KPIs and develop business plans to drive referrals, new business, and cross-selling.
- Manage relationships with regional carriers and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and audits.
- Conduct performance reviews, staff meetings, and succession planning to foster colleague development.
- Handle complex client presentations and resolve escalated underwriting or service issues.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- 5+ years of experience in managing individuals and team goals.
- 3-5+ years of personal lines insurance background with high-net-worth clientele.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with a focus on managing expectations.
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as required.
- Strong understanding of cultivating opportunities through centers of influence.
